Job Title Veterinary Surgeon | Location DE23 3AT | Job Type: Permanent
Salary Listing: £45,000 to £65,000 Depending on experience
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you thrive on the life-changing care you provide to much-loved pets and their owners. You’re motivated not just by the precision of your craft but by the compassion and empathy provided by a veterinary business that truly cares.
Because to you, a Vet shouldn’t be a generic corporate, medicine-dispensing function restricted and streamlined by high costs and impatient interaction. You became a Vet to listen and advise, and you’re a Vet looking to be a people-facing, decision-making leader.
Highfields Vets is a family-owned and family-run business that proudly practices high-class, high-quality care for every animal. Caring, compassionate, and community-focused, we are a home for personable and amiable professionals.
As our next Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll have the freedom to do things properly. Upholding high standards, you’ll influence decision-making, prescriptions, and assessment times. You’ll drive improvement by understanding and embracing the needs of our team and our clients.
The Key Requirements...
· A registered member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
· At least two years of practice-based experience, inclusive of small animal practice

As our next Veterinary Surgeon, your daily duties will include performing consultations, imaging diagnostics, and surgery if you wish.
